Telemedicine provides access to certified physicians and pediatricians in the United States through telephone or online video consultations. Telehealth services are just a call or a click away. A U.S. board-certified physician or pediatrician licensed in your state reviews your electronic health record (EHR), contacts you, listens to your concerns, and asks questions. It’s like an in-person consultation. The doctor recommends the right treatment for your medical problem. If a prescription is needed, it is sent to the pharmacy of your choice. At the end of each call, the doctor will ask you if you have answered all your questions, and we will follow up to make sure you are satisfied with the service.
